Fmr. Lagos State Governor Bola Tinubu set to launch book

The former Governor of Lagos state and National leader of the Action Congress of Nigeria, Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu will tomorrow launch his book.
The book titled FINANCIALISM – Water from an Empty Well, is co-authored by Brian Browne, former United States Consul General to Nigeria and now Political Expert.
The book which was forwarded by Nobel Laureate, Wole Soyinka,will be launched tomorrow, Thursday, 7th March, 2013, 11am prompt, at the Civic Center, Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Professor Wole Soyinka in his forward described the new book as one that “challenges the domination of print over material goods, a situation where the virtual or symbolic arbiter tyrannizies over the enabling material base.” The other forward for the book was written by Reverend Jesse Louis Jackson, one of America’s foremost civil rights, religious and political figures.
Dignitaries expected at the launch are Dr. Kalu Idika Kalu (Former Finance Minister) who will be the Chairman of the Occasion, while His Excellency, Mr. Babatunde Raji Fashola (SAN) Executive Governor, Lagos State, is the Chief Host. Chief Launcher is Mr. Jim Ovia (Former CEO, Zenith Bank). Special Guests of Honour include Sanusi Lamido Sanusi (Governor, Central Bank of Nigria), T.Y Danjuma, Aliko Dangote, and Oba Otudeko.
The book was reviewed by Prof. Eghosa Osaghae, Vice Chancellor, Igbinedion University.
