Kano Pillars seek for more victories

The Chief Coach of Kano Pillars, Baba Ganaru has reiterated his clubs commitment to qualifying for the next round of the CAF Champions League which he said would boost the morale of his players to a bright start in the 2012/13 NPFL season.
He said “We are the defending champions, and we want to maintain our status in the coming season.
“My boys are ready for the start of the championship, and a win over Wikki Tourists this weekend will be a great way to start the campaign,”
Kano Pillars defeated Olympique du Bangui of Central Africa Republic 5-1
on aggregate.
Kano Pillars will now kick off the defence of their title in the NPL.
Kano Pillars last season won the NPFL title on 61 points despite losing their last game 1-2 at Sunshine Stars on September 7 last year in Ijebu-Ode.
